# Withdrawing Cash
## You can use your prepaid card to withdraw cash from an ATM.
When doing so, we will redeem the electronic money in your TeslaPay account and you will be provided with the equivalent amount of money in cash. You will need to follow the instructions on the ATM and this may involve entering your card's PIN.
When setting up your withdrawal request, you must ensure that the information you provide is correct and complete.
Fees for ATM withdrawals:
- ATM cash withdrawals (in EUR currency within [SEPA ](https://www.ecb.europa.eu/paym/retpaym/paymint/sepa/html/index.en.html)countries): 1.5% (min withdrawal amount is 3.00 EUR)
- ATM cash withdrawals (in other currencies and/or outside of [SEPA ](https://www.ecb.europa.eu/paym/retpaym/paymint/sepa/html/index.en.html)countries): 2.5% (min withdrawal amount is 5.00 EUR)
- ATM balance request: 0.50 EUR
