  1. Open the permission tabs for the camera and microphone on the left-hand side of the URL bar.
  2. Allow Veriff.me to access your camera and microphone.
  3. Click done. 
  4. Refresh the page. You will be redirected to where your camera is used to take the necessary photos for verification. Then, you will be asked to allow Veriff to use your camera again, after which you will be redirected to the verification process.


  5. If after following these steps the camera is still not functioning properly, please double check if your camera works through other services, such as Skype or your computer's internal camera app.

 

  

How do I enable my camera in Firefox? 

 

  1. Open the Firefox permissions tab by clicking on the settings widget found on the URL bar. 
  2. Allow Veriff.me to access your camera and microphone by removing the Block Temporarily options. 
  3. You will see a pop-up asking you to allow Veriff.me to use your camera. Click Allow. 
  4. You will be redirected to the verification process, where your camera will be used to take the photos necessary for verification.

  1. If you ignored the permission pop-up the first time, simply refresh the page and permit us to use your web camera and microphone.
